Job Description
Building and managing company website both front end and back end experience preferable. Responsible for managing the technical infrastructure, supporting data collection and reporting systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of digital tools used in microfinance operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage microfinance software platforms (e.g. Mifos, Musoni, Glide, KoboToolbox).
- Ensure accurate and consistent data capture across loan origination, disbursement, and repayment tracking.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for credit, operations, and compliance teams.
- Provide first-line IT support to field staff and troubleshoot devices, apps, or connectivity issues.
- Maintain system security, backups, and regular data integrity checks.
- Support automation of manual workflows and digitisation of forms.
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams to refine loan workflows and reporting needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with microfinance or digital lending platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, database tools, and mobile data collection systems.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a start-up environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and willingness to support cross-functional tasks when needed.
- Familiarity with offline-capable systems and mobile-first tools is an advantage.
