Loan Officer (Field-Based)
Job Description
Engage directly with clients to originate, monitor, and collect on micro-loans, while also supporting training, KYC, and loan recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct borrower assessments and on-site visits.
- Collect KYC and affordability data using mobile tools.
- Disburse inputs/funds and monitor loan performance weekly.
- Educate clients on financial terms and repayment obligations.
- Support default recovery and escalation processes.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and local community understanding.
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with mobile data entry.
- Energetic, willing to travel, and support broader operations where needed.
